Sudarshan Neupane (Managing Director)

Sudarshan Neupane was born in Dhading, north –west Kathmandu and has completed his graduation in English Literature and History of the World from Tribhuvan University, the first & biggest university of Nepal.

He entered in tourism in 1993 as a trekking supporter. In 1998 he achieved trekking guide License from "Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management" although he had been contributing his employer as a trustful field staff ( Trekking guide) since 1994. In 1998, He became a senior trekking leader of the company.

In 2000 A.D. he decided to establish a real adventure home which can organize adventure holiday in Himalayas. Finally with association of some other professional mountaineering & trekking guides " Beyond The Limits Trek & Expedition" was established. The management board gave him role of Managing Director that he is executing continuously. He is not only a tourism trader but also a social activist. He involved in various forum & association. He has been elected as "Executive member" of Trekking agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN) an organization of 700 trekking agencies of Nepal in September 2007. His struggle for sustainable tourism, Village tourism, Environmental awareness & social awareness is remarkable. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Saroj Neupane (Executive Director)

Saroj Neupane is founder member of Beyond the Limits Trekking (P.) Ltd. He was born in Remote village of Dhading District. He is graduated in Business Management from Tribhuvan University. From the beginning of his entry in mountain tourism, he showed his talent as an adventurer.

In 1993 He started to work as a trekking supporter
In 1994 He started assistant guide same year he became guide.
In 1996 he leaded a successful climb to Island peak, Labuche Peak & Mera Peak.
In 1997 he conquered Island Peak & Pokhalde with An English Team
In 1998 He played a role of successful guide by leading trek to Rolwaling cross tashi lapcha and climbed Island peak same year climbed tent peak, Singuchuli,
In 2000 A.D. He climbed Chulu Peak with " Lancashire Mountaineering Club" from Uk

As a tourism Entrepreneur & Adventure Lover

In 2000 A.D. He became founder of Beyond The Limits & keep leading adventure trekking & climbing in various mountain trail such as Dolpo, Mustang, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Makalu, Kanchanjunga & Ganesh Himal

He is one among few who have done almost all trekking & playing the role of founder as well as Executive Director of Beyond The Limits Trek & Expedition P. Ltd

Beside Nepal, He have traveled in England, Scotland, Wales, Tibet (China) & India & gained knowledge responsible & sustainable tourism.

Daya Nidhi Dhakal "Dipendra" (Operation manager)

Dipendra came from Ganesh Himal region & started to work as trekking Assistant in a trekking agency in 1995. He started to be assistant guide in 1996 & he achieved trekking guide training from an Institute" Nepal Academy Of Tourism & Hotel Management (NATHM)" in 1998. He is graduated in Anthropology from Trubhuwan University of Nepal. He also leads trekking groups in rural area & have trekked in all popular & adventure trekking destination.

Dhrubamitra Neupane "Ramiro" (Overseas Branch Manager)

Dhrubamitra is well known as his name" Ramiro" among our Spanish clients. He is well versed in English & fluent in Spanish language. He started his career as trekking guide in 1996. He has completed guide Training & sustainable & responsible tourism training course in 1999. Currently He stayed in Europe ( Poland) & work as agent relation Officer. He has formed an adventure centre "Institute Nepalski" where adventure lover contact for Nepal holiday adventure.

Tanka Adhikari (Senior Accountant)

He has been working in this company as an accountant since 2000 A.D. He is a very energetic and professional. He is pursuing his M.Com (Master in Commerce) from Tribhuwan University with account as major subject. He is also graduated in law. He is also licensed tax/vat consultant He can speak Nepali, English & Hindi. As an account he has taken the responsibility of managing all accountants of the company in carrying out various responsibilities like posting bills, preparing budget for the tour / trek and handling payments etc.
