Spread in 5 acres of wooded land, Park Village Hotel offers 48
unique studio type accommodations with all modern amenities
including fireplace in seven separate Bungalows namely Magnolia,
Maple, Pine, Lavender, Orchid, Jacaranda, and Jasmine. Each
building is individually designed in vernacular architecture
blended in a Mediterranean neo-classical style. All rooms face
south and have two private balconies to watch the evening glow
of Kathmandu Metropolis with the magnificent sunset in the
south-west and the "flickering lights of hamlets to the north".
The garden in Park Village harbors more than two thousand
flowering trees and shrubs along with varieties of butterflies,
dragonflies and nearly 75 species of birds including doves,
chats, pond heron, kingfisher, scarlet minivet, paradise
flycatcher, etc. Amidst a totally peaceful environment, the only
noise in the hotel is the "chirping of birds" in the morning and
"sound of crickets" at night. |

Rooms
Park Village Hotel offer 48 studio type all suite rooms with
private bath, PABX telephone, television, full stock mini bar,
complementary tea and coffee in the room and microwave on
request for long staying guests.
The accommodations are very spacious, varying from 220 sq.ft. to
350 sq.ft, with bed chamber and separate drawing room. All room
faces south and have two private balconies to watch the evening
glow of the Kathmandu Valley with magnificent sunset in the
south-west and the twinkling hamlets to the north. |
