Trekking in Jomsom Valley is pleasant & gorgeous too. Jomsom trek start either from Nayapul an hour drive from Pokhara or a 25 minutes flight to Jomsom. The Ghorepani –Poon Hill part is very popular for sun rise & Panoramic view of Annapurna range. Kaligandaki valley is even more exciting part due to Hot spring, the deepest gorge , mountain villages like Lete, Kalopani, Larjung, Kobang, Marpha, Jomsom, Kagbeni , JHarkot & Muktinath. A visit to Muktinath & Kagbeni is very popular for Hindu & Buddhist as these two places is respected as holly places.

Itinerary In Details

Day 1 "Arrival in Kathmandu Airport & transfer to hotel"
Day 2 Tour of some of the major tourist attractions in the Kathmandu Valley by private Vehicle
Day 3 Travel to Pokhara by Tourist Bus/private Vehicle or Flight. Visit around the lake and tourist markets. Over night Hotel
Day 4 Drive to Naya Pul by private Vehicle (1 hour) to begin trek. Trek to Tikhedhunga( 1540m) for 4 hours" Over night
Day 5 Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani( 2860m) for6 hours"" Over night
Day 6 Ghorepani (early morning hike to Poon Hill( 3193m) for sunrise view over Himalaya" After sun rise view continue trek to Tatoapani(1190m) for 6 hours" Over night
Day 7 Trek Tatopani to Ghasa( 2010m) for 5 hrs" Over night
Day 8 Trek Ghasa to Marpha( 2670m) for 6 hrs" Over night
Day 9 Trek Marpha to Kagbeni( 2800m) for 5 hrs" Over night
Day 10 Trek Kagbeni to Muktinath( 3760m) for 5 hrs" Over night
Day 11 Trek Muktinath to Jomsom( 2720m ) for 5 hrs" Over night
Day 12 Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara (25 minutes) and visit around the Phewa lake" Over night

Note: It is also possible to fly to Pokhara from Kathmandu & Fly to Kathmandu from Pokhara instead of driving by tourist bus. For comfortable road travel, private car or land cruiser can be used too.
